Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vouchermaker platform at vouchermaker.io, operated by Sketches Int Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Vouchermaker provides a pay-as-you-go platform for creating, distributing, and validating unique QR voucher campaigns. Services may include digital voucher generation, print fulfilment, staff validation tools, and campaign analytics.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by team members and staff you authorise.

3. Pay-as-you-go pricing

There is no monthly subscription. Fees are calculated based on your campaign settings — including duration, voucher quantity, and delivery method — and displayed before you complete checkout. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Campaign content

You are responsible for all artwork, copy, offers, and terms displayed on your vouchers. You confirm that your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Voucher validation

Each voucher receives a unique code. You are responsible for managing staff access, PIN codes, and validation at your locations. We provide the validation tools but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in cases beyond our reasonable control.

6. Print fulfilment

Where you order printed vouchers, production and delivery are handled in-house by us or our fulfilment operation. Delivery timeframes quoted on the platform (typically 3–5 working days) are estimates and may vary. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain ownership of your campaign content. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and reproduce your content solely to deliver the service.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign is limited to the fees you paid for that campaign.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Campaign data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer.
